Bryan Namba comes to the XPRIZE foundation with three years of experience in local government public policy. Mr. Namba is an Associate Project Manager on the Impact and Design team where he uses his background in public policy to design XPRIZE competitions and to identify breakthroughs that benefit humanity.
Prior to joining XPRIZE, Mr. Namba was a Policy Analyst with the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, a joint-power of the City and County of Los Angeles, where he worked on the design of the coordinated system of care for individuals experiencing homelessness. Mr. Namba also worked for the City of Seattle Mayor’s Office of Policy and Innovation where he advised on a portfolio of affordable housing and homeless services policy.
Mr. Namba holds a Master of Public Administration and a certificate in Non-Profit Management from the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Washington. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Law and Public Policy from the University of Arizona.
